MKW LIMITED WARRANTY
The following warranty is valid for Avenue, BAZO, MKW and MKW Off-Road wheels.
MKW ALLOY WHEELS warrants that wheels manufactured by MKW ALLOY WHEELS will be free from structural failure as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. MKW ALLOY WHEELS further warrants to the original purchaser that products manufactured by MKW ALLOY WHEELS will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of ONE year from retail purchase.
MKW ALLOY WHEELS sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace at MKW’S sole discretion without charge, any MKW ALLOY WHEEL product that does not conform to this warranty and is returned, with a copy of the original sales receipt will be returned to the sender without repair or replacement at the sender’s expense.
Such repair or replacement shall not include removal or installation. In no event shall MKW ALLOY WHEELS have any special, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is not applicable to MKW ALLOY WHEELS products if:
This limited warranty is the sole express warranty given by MKW ALLOY WHEEL and is in lieu of all other express warranties oral or written. All implied warranties without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
This warranty expires upon transfer of title of any MKW ALLOY WHEEL products by the original retail purchaser no warranty or representations by anyone other than MKW ALLOY WHEELS shall be binding upon MKW ALLOY WHEELS.
MKW ALLOY WHEELS are not designed to be mounted with any accessories or adapters, etc., other than those supplied by MKW ALLOY WHEELS and damaged caused by any such accessories or adapters is not covered by this warranty.

- Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to Chemicals, Caustic agents, Climate conditions, or neglect.
- Appearance defects in wheels that have been mounted after purchase.
- The fading or discoloring of Gold & Silver accented accessories caused by exposure to caustic elements.
