If you find an error with your order or find that you need to return or exchange an item, please call customer service at 1.800.290.1683 and we will help you find a quick and easy resolution. Customer service will answer any questions regarding the product's return/exchange procedure.

Manufacturer Warranties
Merchandise covered by manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist you in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty.

Return for Refund
  • If you have received your wheels and tires and either has been accidentally damaged due to shipping, you will need to send us pictures to support@firstchoicewheelsandtires.com. Make sure to include a brief description of what is wrong with the wheels and tires and your PO Number.
  • We will accept return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Only unused products that have not been driven on are eligible for a return.
Credit amount will be calculated as follows
  • Tires: Credit less all freight charges incurred. Please note, the tires cannot have been mounted onto any wheels. Please have the person mounting and balancing the tires double check the size before you begin. We will not return a tire that has been mounted onto a wheel since it will not be in "new" condition. Returns undergo a thorough investigation. If we see that the tire has in fact been mounted onto a wheel, we will not be able to refund you your money and will hold your tire for up to 1 month until you pay for the cost of shipment back. After 1 month, there will be a $5.00 per day storage fee. If after that you still do not pay for the return fee and storage charge and the storage charge exceeds the original purchase cost of the tire, we will assume that you have forfeited possession of the tire and the tire will become property of First Choice Wheels and Tires.
  • Wheels: Credit less all freight charges incurred. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted; please test-fit wheels prior to mounting tires. This is really important: If you are mounting and balancing the wheels elsewhere, please tell the person doing the mounting and balancing to test fit your wheel onto your vehicle. We will not return a wheel that has had a tire mounted onto it since it will not be in "new" condition. Returns undergo a thorough investigation. If we see that a tire has in fact been mounted onto the wheel, we will not be able to refund you your money and will hold your wheel for up to 1 month until you pay for the cost of shipment back. After 1 month, there will be a $5.00 per day storage fee. If after that you still do not pay for the return fee and storage charge and the storage charge exceeds the original purchase cost of the wheel, we will assume that you have forfeited possession of the wheel and the wheel will become property of First Choice Wheels and Tires.
  • Wheel and Tire Package: Credit less the mounting and balancing charges that may have occurred and $60 labor charge for dismount and less all freight charges incurred.
  • Special Order Items: Special order items are not returnable.
  • Refused Shipments are charged freight both ways. If this was a wheel and tire package that was refused, there will be a $60 labor charge for dismount attached and any balance charge. Please make sure that your address is correct and that a shipment is not sent back.
Layaway
  • Once the layaway is initiated, the first $50.00 is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel payment before it is shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount less the $50.00.
  • Once the product has been shipped, if you still would like to return the product, the normal refund policy listed above will be followed. The $50.00 is still non-refundable.
Refunds for items currently en route to destination
  • If a refund is requested, we will not be able to complete the refund until we receive the items to our warehouse. This includes, items being shipped from the warehouse to you, items being shipped from the manufacturer to you, and items being shipped from the manufacturer to our warehouse first.
  • Once the product has been returned to the warehouse, any shipping charges will be deducted and the appropriate remainder will be refunded.
Refunds on Free Shipping and Free Mounting and Balancing
  • If a refund is requested on items that are subject to the promotional offers (either Free Shipping or Free Mounting and Balancing), the customer will be liable to pay for all company shipping charges; that entails shipping to the customer and shipping back from the customer.
  • If a customer issues a refund request for items that have been mounted and balanced, he or she will be charged a dismount fee of $60.00.
Shipping and Damage Claims
If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service department at 1.800.290.1683. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for a replacement or an exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return. The paperwork must be signed as damaged before the delivery driver is released.
